Dr. Julie Miller
Specialist Endocrine and General Surgeon
Dr. Miller is a specialist surgeon with specific expertise in endocrine and general surgery. Originally from the United States, she became a fully qualified surgeon in New York City before moving to Australia in 2001. She is a consultant surgeon at Royal Melbourne Hospital and Melbourne Private Hospital, and a Senior Lecturer
in the Department of Surgery of the University of Melbourne. She is head of the thyroid and parathyroid tumour group of the Melbourne Comprehensive Cancer Centre, and directs the Thyroid Cancer Multidisciplinary Care Conference. She has a special interest and expertise in minimally invasive parathyroid surgery, as well as thyroid cancer, and adrenal surgery. |
